They are fantastic. Upper is super stretchy, more so than any of the flyknit. Just a very comfortable shoe.
Ordered some Heffe Luxx deluxe insoles for my hiking boots. It would be super nice if they actually add a boost-like ride.
Yeah, I saw a video where they ordered a bunch of fakes off wish or one of those and most came with an “authentication” tag of some sort.
I get it, brand loyalty and what not I guess. I just don't do brand loyalty with sneakers, I care about pure comfort.
I think my UBs and my Ugg slippers tie for most comfortable thing I’ve put on my feet. everyone should try them. I need to buy my parents pairs.
They do it so that the person buying from them can sell them to poor schmuck as authentic bc "They came from StockX!"
I only ask that bc I had a friend recommend fly knit epic reacts or whatever they are and I felt like they were dogshit compared to UB's prime knit so I was curious how the new knit was for nike
Basically. I read something as a kid about them being owned by Adolf in Germany and just never fucked with them.
This is way different than any of the Nike flyknits. I've had ER, am1 flyknit, am90 flyknit, etc. This one is way thicker and much more stretchy. Hard to explain until you have it on foot.
Iirc the issues began between the brothers at the end of the war and they were basically pointing fingers at each other after being arrested by US forces. Eventually they split the Dassler company into Adidas and Puma.
Haha. I need to sell mine on her and her granddaughter getting matching shoes. The whole family would end up with closets full of boosts.
Speaking of, Im sure thats about to get 100% worse after they came out with that $790 million loss. Gonna start laying off people in the states and start giving out nickles instead of dimes to the factory kids.
Didn't Adidas say they'd be 40% down too? None of them are immune to their distribution network being shut down. Interested to see how this changes things. Nike wanted to get to 30% of their business through their website by like 2025 or something like that. They hit that last quarter, way ahead of schedule, but obviously for the wrong reasons. Online should be more profitable bc they aren't selling at 60% of retail but then they have to pay for all of the shipping and returns and all of that adds up.
I don't wear Adidas bc I haven't worn Adidas since I was a kid. Why do you or anyone else care? I don't care what you wear.
