Coach Day dropping a 3-star recruit to help fledgling fellow blue-blood Alabama stay relevant on the national scene. What a guy!
Talked to Day and he said he felt bad for Smith’s low ranking and wanted him to get the Bama Bump, so he let him go. Really speaks to Day’s character
There are 20 participants. 17. Tyler Buchner - La Jolla (Calif.) Helix The Californian's delivery remained low throughout the night and the velocity didn't match what we've seen on tape. * One guy I was surprised to see struggle was Notre Dame commit Tyler Buchner. He seemed to be throwing with a bit of a side arm delivery, something I don't remember from the last time I saw him back in February. One of the nation's top quarterbacks, Buchner will be in the spotlight to see if he can bounce back on Day 2.

I’m begging you Buchner is still REALLY good. I promise you that. Wait til this fall when stuff really matters. Shirts and shorts are fun. But man, this kid is special when the lights come on. A few yers ago: QB Phil Jurkovec — Day one for the talented signal-caller was solid. He threw the ball well, hit on some nice plays during 1-on-1 and 7-on-7, but wasn't spinning the ball as well as he was when I watched him in the state playoffs a few weeks ago. During day two, he struggled. Simple as that. He threw a few interceptions, wasn't spinning it well, and just looked a bit off throughout the day. He still hit a few plays, but he wasn't consistent. That said, he is the best dual-threat quarterback in San Antonio and that will likely show itself come game time this weekend. Even with his struggles, East Army Bowl coaches continue to speak highly of him on and off the record. They loves his traits, ability to pick things up quickly, and upside down the road. Jurkovec has the chance to be special and he hasn't done anything, at least to me, to make me think otherwise. When the lights come on at game time, he shines. We'll see if that's the case this weekend.

(original post)“this kid is special when the lights come on” is the same thing that was said about Jurkovec. I’m not busting you for it because I thought it too. ... The three-quarter motion by Buchner was a little different than what I saw in the offseason before his junior year, but nothing that anyone should be concerned with. A source inside the Gug recently watched Buchner's film again just as a reminder and well, to cheer up with all that is going on, lol, and his reaction was "Holy *****. He's good."
These elite 11 rankings on the different sites are all over the place, are these guys sure they all watched the same practice?
No, I think Parker Thune (who I just heard of 30 minutes ago) is the definitive source for all things Elite 11 rankings.
No idea. He committing to Miami? All I've heard is that no matter where he commits, it's going the distance.
I don’t think he’s committing anytime soon just that word is out that there’s been some kind of issue with him and uga A
No one mentioned Clemson and definitely did not tag your entire fanbase for some stupid fucking reason like some other people...
You talking about the info from Rivals? I was told "not at all" regarding an issue between him and the staff but also isn't that group working for Rivals pretty terrible? I think he could commit at any moment but it won't matter.
not rivals, a few other guys who have been very clued in the past on certain big fish. they don't have info on everybody but the guys they do are usually pretty spot on. same two guys who've had the inside goods on the palmetto kids lately
If Gary Ferman and Mike Farrell are hearing there’s issues between UGA and Williams...you can take it to the fucking bank
Imagine valuing football over human injustice. What a disingenuous way to piss away existence, I don't get it. I'd say you lost your goddamn mind if you possessed one to begin with.
What's the word on S Terrion Arnold? Sounds like we might be pushing for him, but I have no idea because no one has any idea what we are doing.
think Tennessee was rumored there for a little bit but now they lost wilcoxson so their recruiting is in the toilet
Keith did a mock class for us, and predicted we'd land Mondon and Nyland Green. Also flipping Dylan Brooks. Rest was mostly 3 star guys I haven't heard of.
i have a theory that him winning a title at texas (much less close to 2), shows how that might be the best achievement in sports history. winning a title at that dump is impossible but mack did. and texas fans ran him out of town and laughed at this hire. idiots
