There were 4 or 5 eMLS matches streamed this weekend to replace their irl match counterparts and I enjoyed them (and not just because the SKC guy beat the SJ guy 6-0).
I don’t follow it too close but FCC has the best player in the states I guess, goes by Fiddle. Seems like he’s in his own class then there’s about 8-10 players behind him in tier 2.
Phoenix was/is allowing a certain percentage in but there can't be gatherings of more than 50 until the end of the month so that's on hold.
Yes, teams are planning on having fans. Right now El Paso has only postponed the decision for the first two games, and will revisit then I would say if they do, it would be highly misguided as we keep getting new daily highs
Any updates on my boy Sal and the SDL? All I saw was Landon’s peach looking scrumptious in some skinny jeans.
For our season tickets we were given the option to be able to go if the state allows hundreds of people to gather and anything unused will just be rolled over to 2021. We opted in to keep the option available (they're doing it by MLS priority number so we'd be ~700) but I don't think at this point I feel safe going to a sporting event. At a minimum I think I'd want the row to ourselves and the one in front of us empty. But we'll see.
ReAL Monarchs had 816 in a stadium that seats 21,000. It seems like anyone who wanted to safely distance was probably able to.
4,850 at the opening of Lou City’s beautiful new stadium (which seats ~22,000). Goal was about 33% capacity. Good that we scored first in out new home. Sad we’re about to lose out first here
Angles and such, but that actually looks to be at least 6 feet. Why the stadium isn't enforcing masks is another question. Masks plus 6ft and those are perfectly fine seats.
