Showed my wife the floating chair pic and 20 minutes later we’re done with the rabbit hole. The 13 minute virtual walkthrough is phenomenal. Microwaves and mini fridges in a bathroom or two, worst staging ever, fireplace on carpet. Grab a drink and your significant other and you’ll understand why this place couldn’t even sell at $65/sq ft.
Love it. Only thing I hate is that the column in the basement isn't painted. It's obvious that the 'public' areas on the main floor are the only rooms with stained oak moulding.
