Well, don't expect any live-action Darth Maul. Ray Park is not Disney friendly anymore. Apparently a video of him fucking his wife was posted on his Twitter. Deleted, but that's not a great move in Disney's eyes.
I actually don’t think Park could Maul in a movie which requires any real dialogue. He wasn’t cast in the role for his acting chops. I think he had like 2-3 lines in PM. Guy more of a stuntman than a real author. I don’t doubt for a second they wouldn’t have cast someone else in anything revolving around a live action Maul. Hell, they recast him in all the animated episodes besides one.
I honestly hated Avatar because they just essentially slapped special effects on the exact plot of Dances with Wolves and The Last Samurai. I won’t watch another minute of that garbage.
I've only walked out of one movie in theaters. Wasn't Avatar, it was that Benjamin Button shit. I guess I missed the point but I could only stand about half an hour.
My GF dragged me to Moulin Rouge years ago. I didn't even know what it was. I walked out. No fucking way.
It’s weirdly been stuck in my head who it reminded me of, but I finally figured it out. Coincidentally enough another Lucas, British actor Matt Lucas.
Benjamin button is the only movie I’ve walked out of also. I probably would have toughed it out, but the girlfriend at the time wasn’t Going to make it
We can explore the galaxy in the books and comics. With only 8 30 minute episodes there is no excuse for filler. I want a tightly woven story.
We can do that too. Mandalorian is perfect how it is, and I hope they make 100 more seasons just like the first. Well, maybe fix the sound editing. I got tired of having to turn it up to hear any sort of dialog and then go deaf as soon as the shooting would start
Yeah, they botched all the characters. Not just Finn. But given that he was the first major black character in Star Wars that does make it disappointing.
