BB was alright, IMO. It was/is the first/only From game I've played. My problem is that I sucked at it, and am terrible with paying attention to where I'm going. So once I died, it was a hell of an adventure to remember how to get back to that spot. I'm sure if I did co-op more, I'd really enjoy it.

Beat Celeste yesterday and finished with 1288 deaths, at least 200 of which being stubborn and going after certain strawberries and those secret shapes or jewel things.

Wonderful game, really enjoyed playing it. I got it for free through epic games a while back, and my wife bought it for five dollars on the switch. The style of the game was a nice reprieve from AAA games

I needed co-op to beat the nameless king in ds3

 

I feel the same way (for my runs) and needed co-op to beat him the first time as well. The way I play really makes that fight a bit tougher. That being said I one shot his ass in new game plus and it’s legit my favorite boss to sun bro

Celeste is amazing. I'm jealous of your skills, I was over 2400 deaths and that was going for minimal strawberries and no tapes, etc.

 

I have it on PC, never got around to it but heard it was definitely underrated

 

If you're an RPG/rogue-like fan, I highly recommend Moonlighter.
Part shopkeeping game, half real-time combat, it's a lot of fun and a nice breath of fresh air after playing some heavy games lately.
Also getting ready to play some CoD campaigns I missed over the years.

HZD too low

 

i used to have the habit of telling gaming bolt how terrible they are in the comment section of each video

 

Horizon Zero Dawn is one of my favorite games of this gen, probably top 3-5

 

For me it was like Witcher 3, just a perfect game.

 

like I expected HZD to be great because the reviews were unanimous in their praise, but sometimes those games don’t connect with me on a fun level even though they’re excellent.

HZD was so polished, and so fun, with an incredibly unique and interesting story, I loved everything about it.

 

It has some of the best lore in any game I've ever played on any system. Plus the combat was fun and wasn't just relentless button mashing, the enemies were unique and you had to plan out your encounters a lot of the time.

 

I finished maybe 70% of HZD over a year ago. I fear my loss of creature knowledge would be debilitating if I tried to jump back in.

 

I am nearing the end-game for HZD and it has just been a magnificent ride from start to finish.

The map is extremely overwhelming and I have little to no desire to clear it. I’m not interested in risking the adoration I have for it by going full OCD to 100%.

 

DLC is very well worth it if you don’t have it

I have it. I think I’ll finish the main/side/errands and take a little time away from it to play Tsushima then come back and do the Frozen Wilds.

 

Someone have a breakdown of this list so I can disagree with it without having to watch a 30 minute video.

The event on Thursday will only cover PS4 and PSVR games, will supposedly have just a little bit of PS5 game info.

 

I guess Sony and MS are still playing chicken on release date and price. I don't know. It sucks.

Anyone get to act 3 of Ghost of Tsushima? end of act 2 and beginning of chapter 3 had me in tears.

 

I think I'm roughly halfway through Act 2.

 

I got back into Persona 5 Royal hard so only at the beginning of Act 2.
