This can't fucking be serious. It's like a shitty TV show. Space Force but Steve Carell doing a shitty job playing VP
They can talk about it. And demand it is part of any deal to fund the government. They can’t just fix it by sheer force of collective will as people seem to be asserting.
How does someone see the uproar against Kamala FROM HER OWN PARTY due to her overzealous efforts as a prosecutor and then come to the conclusion that she didn’t “persecute” actual criminals? Whoever this is a very stupid person. Very very stupid.
A hahahahahaha someone asked him if he regrets all of his lying to the American public aftter 3 1/2 years!! And he just moved on. edit: adding video
So the person asking the question, couldn’t tell if it was OAN, actually said the story was that Kamala Harris is an “anchor baby”. How long until Trump starts calling her an anchor baby?
Someone actually got him to be somewhat disciplined and not flip out on the media. Just next question'n. See how long this lasts
I feel like calling her “anchor baby” can only help shore up support for her. The people that would be swayed to Trump by that are already voting for him.
So I'm reading through my copy of the constitution wes tegg and I have some questions 1. "The president can be removed for high crimes and misdemeanors", has he really not been committed several high misdemeanors at the very least? 2. The congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States and nothing in this Constitution shall be construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or any particular state" - Couple different things here Why would he think he could sell Puerto Rico? Why would he control where federal supplies for Covid would go? Would it not be a clear violation of this to favor states that approve of him and show disfavor to others?
3. He has the power to grant pardons except in cases of impeachment, why in the world would he think he could pardon himself?
So if birthright citizenship is not a thing, does that mean that Trump himself is not eligible to be president?
Also it says in here congress has the power to establish the post office and post roads? So that is a subversion of his oath to defend the constitution right there right?
Honestly guys it seems like the people running our government are not on the up in up. Did you know it says "To Raise and Support Armies, but no Appropriation of money for that use shall be longer than 2 years"
Also says here that congress is the one that can deploy militia to execute the laws of the union and suppress insurrection. - Again not the President
That just means he can’t stop an impeachment. His pardon power doesn’t work for those. Pardoning himself is something different. He can’t pardon himself because that would be stupid. Nobody thinks that’s a legitimate thing he can do. It’s absurd. He has to resign and have Pence pardon him. Which is also ridiculous but something everybody agrees can be done.
But his parents were immigrants, so that would mean that Trump’s father was never a citizen if we are adopting this birthright citizenship is not a thing logic.
that’s not the argument at all and what youre saying is not a consequence of no birthright citizenship
Trump has zero knowledge of or concern for the Constitution and the Republican Senate has been complicit.
Well, I mean shouldn't we be talking about this shit like every day? He's breaking the core principles of our society?
Trump has committed multiple crimes (mueller alone laid out at least 10 in his report). Congress is failing Americans by not repeatedly impeaching the man. He can’t sell Puerto Rico. He can negotiate a sale with somebody but it would take congressional approval (and practically Puerto Rico’s approval though strictly constitutionally probably not). The executive branch is empowered to execute the laws as enacted by Congress so he is allowed to administer the strategic stockpiles. Playing political favoritism with that authority is a clear violation of his oath of office and should result in another impeachment at minimum and possible indictment for bribery in a functional republic.
WE are, doesn't feel like anyone that should be is talking about it? I haven't heard anyone talk about impeaching him again?
Sure, but I think impeaching him 90 days before the election with no chance of removal would be a terrible strategic move.
His mom was definitely an immigrant as she was born in Scotland. But his dad was a natural born citizen under the 14th amendment due to being born in the US. But he was only born here because Trump’s grandfather was banished from Bavaria (where his dad was conceived before being born back in NY) for draft dodging (apple>tree)after returning back to Germany from the US for the second time.
