The entire legal system needs to be changed. There needs to be a limit to how long you can drag things on and how many appeals you can file. It just makes it next to impossible to bring the biggest financial fraudsters to justice. That needs to be changed. Justice is always going to be determined by wealth but the judicial system has gotten out of fucking control. The ability to just continually file bullshit motions and then appeal and keep going is ridiculous. especially when I believe these crimes have a statute of limitations.

They can appeal, but unless the Court of Appeals issues a stay until they can reach the merits of the case, Trump will have to produce the documents. HOWEVA, it seems like appellate courts have regularly granted temporary injunctions for this kinda stuff, so I don't know why Conway is so confident. I hope he's right.
