Kyvno Mattress pretty solid for me. I did a lot of research and for $1,400 you aren’t going to beat the price for a mattress and adjustable base for a King bed https://kyvno.com/our-bed/
Thanks. The base looks solid, exactly what I was looking for. And that Kyvno mattress too. I have the next question, I've been reading this article and thinking to get a pair of decent pillows for apnea sleepers. Something for side sleeping with memory foam and neck support. Any suggestions? Insomnia drives me crazy...
Wife and I love our Leesa Hybrid that we got back in March-ish. Haven't tried any of the other brands, though.
Still liking it? We've got to replace ours (queen size) and I really want an adjustable bed. I've got really bad sleep apnea. I took the quiz on sleep numbers website and it recommended a $4k setup of course.
Nothing ground breaking here but these online mattress companies are pretty much all just drop shipping operations repackaging the same products from China. Which is why I bought a zinus king cooling gel memory foam at about 1/3 the cost of similar products offered from the competition. My favorite mattress I’ve ever owned. The price difference comes down to advertising dollars. https://www.zinus.com/collections/m...On9ehg0dsr0c0f8mkeIT60P19CiijSfUaAngQEALw_wcB https://www.amazon.com/s?k=zinus+mattress&ref=is_s
Just unboxed our new T&N mattress. I was worried it might be too firm based on some posts in this thread but so far it is not. It was exciting unboxing it and watching it expand.
Buying a new mattress and I think I’m down to the Leesa hybrid and Saatva hybrid. Any opinions from owners of either bed? Seems like a decent amount of Leesa recs in this thread.
Have also had a great experience with Zinus. We have three of them now. They are so damn affordable and just the right firmness for us.
did you go hybrid or solid foam for yours? About to move my toddler up into his big boy bed & cant decide if I should go solid foam or if a hybrid would be better
I got the solid. Think I paid like $300 delivered for a king last year. No complaints but haven’t tried the hybrid to compare. To me, the solid (12 inch) is firm, but not overly firm. I had a Casper some time ago and that was too firm for me.
Went mattress shopping on Sunday and hoooo boy did I not realize how expensive mattresses were. Every one we laid on was $3500-$6500. I haven't bought a mattress in like 15 years, wtf happened.
buy a Casper or a purple for like $1500. I’ve got a purple and love it. Didn’t realize what I was missing out on by having an old mattress
Anyone have the Purple or T&N Pillows? I'm a side/stomach sleeper and I need support, but also not too much so that my neck is out of alignment. Have yet to find anything I enjoy long term.
Anyone have a Casper Wave Hybrid? I am a side sleeper and typically like a firmer mattress with some give, but don’t like the sinking feeling of most all-foam TemperPedics. Any other recs?
Went to Mall of America today to lay on the Casper Nova Hybrid. Really liked it and almost got it. Now I’m eyeballing a Layla hybrid. Anybody have experience with those?
I refused to even lay on one at the showroom because it was out of our price range and I didn’t want to get enamored with it.
Just had our Purple hybrid delivered today. Excited to try it out for the first time tonight. Previous mattress I had was old af.
I got the bear mattress a couple years back. It’s always been fine but nothing special. I don’t think it’s firm enough for me. I’ve debated getting bougie and getting a sleep number.
Bought the Casper Nova a month ago and we love it. We ordered during the New Years sale and got about $300 off, worth watching for other sales
I bought a Tomorrow Sleep mattress because it was backed by Serta Simmons so I figured it would be around for years to come. Boy was I wrong. Their social media and website hasn’t been updated since 2019, and you can’t purchase mattresses, beds, or bedding anymore. No idea what happened. The mattress is still comfortable but nothing like our old Serta Simmons BeautyRest mattress. Should’ve went with Leesa or Casper I guess.
a Tuft & Needle king is significantly cheaper than Purple or Casper Zinus is much cheaper than any of them, is Zinus still decent or should I spring for a more brand name mattress?
i will be in the market for a mattress and bed frame in the near future luckily have a casper store so can go try them out but feels like i'm cheating on the whole reason they exist
Haven't scanned the whole thread yet but does anyone have one of these: https://www.eightsleep.com/product/pod-pro-cover/ About to bite the bullet and think Ive decided on this over the Ooler and bedjet.
After moving cross country I had to part with my old Zinus. Bought a new one and set it up. Great experience. And their bed frames are better than expected quality for the price. Never had a full foam mattress. This one is also a hybrid w cooling gel or whatever they call it. side sleeper so medium firmness.
Found some warehouse in NYC that had every disruptor mattress to try. Landed on the Loom and Leaf by Saatva and now have a King and Queen. Pretty cool idea and they gave you a visa gift card for purchasing through them then obviously got a cut of the deal.
Got a casper a few months ago and love it. Was debating between this and a few others and I think I made the right choice /coolstory
wife & I have had a Nectar (king) since 2019 and been happy with it - I'd say middle of the road soft/firm maybe leaning soft. Only complaint is it can get a little warm in the summer. No experience with the Dream Cloud.
The nectar looks nice. I like the idea of the hybrid model of the dream cloud instead of all memory foam.
My kid is ready for his first bed and we needed something closer to the ground. Arizona mattress company makes 6.5 inch latex beds for kids that I just ordered. P excited to try that out.
