    1) Masonry had to be 75% of the budget.
    2) The cabinets filled with glass bottles and porcelain cats. What am I seeing there exactly?
    3) Another 10% of budget had to be spent on that spaceship shower thing.
    4) 0.00005% of budget spent on the "theatre."
    5) Water park style backyard was a fun choice.
    6) Is that a fucking observatory in their backyard?!?! Didn't even know that was a thing you could purchase.
    7) Am I now seeing a permanent model train landscape in the backyard as well???
    8) The wine cellar looks like it was made by Disney Imagineers and it's not even one of the most unusual aspects of this home.

    One of our neighbors has one. He’s an astrophysicist based out of Cali who runs it remotely because the viewing conditions are so good here. It doesn’t compete on projects with large mountain-based observatories because it lacks the necessary power/resolution, but it’s enough to do the routine survey drudge work-type stuff.

    What the seller loves about this home
    My favorite part of this home is that although you are only 1 mile from the city center, you feel like you are on your own private island! Quiet and private. So much natural landscaping, It feels healthy just being there!

    I'm calling bullshit on that, seller. Your favorite part of this home is all the crazy pirate shit you put in there.
