The Bears have plenty of money to pay him 20m and have cap. I think the issue is do you commit this money if the window is closed. That answer is cloudy at best since they don’t know what Mitch is.

    We know what Mitch is.

question is what do the next three years look like?

If they can compete in the division, you pay him.
If they can’t, get the assets for him and look to the future.

Arob is a beast but he’s a solid wr on a poor offense.. I wouldn’t want to pay him top 5 money

he was 7th in yards last year with Mitch throwing the ball to him. He’d put up 1600 yards if he had an above average qb throwing him the ball

Think Hopkins makes 20 I heard

I like ARob, but not at that number

I’d take $18 mill a year, $20 mill is a price too steep

Yeah Chicago is crazy to be coming in at 15m a year. 18 is very fair given who's in the 20s and Woods just signed this...

He doesn't make that much though

This is weird. He hasn't been a playmaker lately.

Cohen was good as a rookie and terrible last year... I’m not ready to say he’s not a playmaker or can’t make a impact especially now that it seems our OL isn’t dog shit

We can get a RB capable of Tarik Cohen things later in the draft, no thanks on resigning him.

I would like to see the numbers being tossed around before I waste draft capital on a RB given how many needs this roster has.

I’d believe cap space will be a bigger worry than late round draft capital next year, hence my other post.

Honestly after KC’s offseason I don’t think cap space is actually a thing.

Bears don’t have cap issues. They have money to spend and flexibility.

Cohen signs for three years and 17.25 million (5.75 per year). 9.5 guaranteed.

Yeah....15th highest paid RB. One spot behind Gurley and one above Kareem Hunt.

They’ve got 8 mill of cap space with 31 contracted players, that’s with Nick Foles as your starting QB

lol. Bush was too excited that he made a play. Ran to the middle when there were zero bodies on the outside. Could of backpedalled to the end zone.
