In my mind I was thinking top 5 guys, but that dawned on me that I wasn't really going that far out on a limb.
I'm sure his content will still be great. But I hate the thought of supporting Clay Travis in any way.
I've said this same thing too many times to continue to do it. Give me Fitzpatrick as the Euro Tour guy to compete this time.
I've got bets on Hovland, Wolff and Tommy Fleetwood as they were all pretty long odds. Trying to decide which favorite to bet on.
Anyone playing DK? What cheap options do y'all like? Trying to narrow down a few from the Billy Horschel, Sungjae, Todd, Matt Kuchar, Chez Reavie range
picked Xander in that Callaway promotion so hope I get the $499 AmEx card also my house might catch on fire any day now so I fled down to Palm Springs to get away, shot 75 at Shadow Ridge so maybe I'll cut down on shit talking Nick Faldo by 25% or so since he designed the course
in a bet where you had to take confidence on four guys, but could only take one in the top five, one in the top twelve, and two others outside the top twelve. Went JT, Cantlay, Finau, Fleetwood
Is Speith still using his old coach from his junior days? I feel like if he took a few months off to clear his head and worked with Butch he'd figure it all out and win all of the Masters and British Opens again. All he has to do is get his driver in play. Or just go play for two weeks at Mammoth Dunes where it is impossible to miss a fairway.
Lineups this week I did 7 so three fit on each screenshot and then the 7th on its own Spoiler: Spoiler
His jokes are sort of funny the first time you hear them but it's basically the same shit over and over
The video I watched about the grounds crew prep made it seem like they have been hand watering the greens for a month or so. Can’t imagine excessive water is the cause.
Speaking of greens, it’s great seeing the overhead shoots of the greens and how squared off many of them are and yet still very interesting. Too many course have greens that are either just circles or awkward attempts to look interesting without pulling it off.
No wind today, and an interesting point from Azinger. With days being over 2 hours shorter, you have to wonder if keeping pace of play fast to make sure rounds finish in time is a priority for the USGA before the weekend.
I think most good courses only hand water greens. Tom Doak mentioned it on a pod that if you use sprinklers you will get uneven watering and miss spots.
This just sucks. "Go get that" was an all time performance after playing from the driving range. Tough to watch his struggles.
I just wish they'd stop covering him like he's still a star. He's working through stuff, he might get back to being one someday, but he's not now. let that man breathe.
