This is the most WTA match ever. Vika not broken in the first set, Mugu broken just once. Vika has been broken 5 straight since the start of the 2nd and Mugu broken 4 of 6 service games. About to be 12 service games since the start of Set 2 with 10 breaks
To me, this game is the match. If Diego breaks I like his chance, if not. I think Rafa stars the takeover
It makes me laugh Pliskova playing this good in Rome (again) and yet she couldnt do shit on the hard courts
SC Who would your biggest disappointment in the past 10 years be? I was looking through some things and a name popped up and I was like WTF happened to this guy Alexandr Dolgopolov
Hm. That’s a good question. Will have to think on that one a little bit. I love his game, but Monfils has to be up there, even as he sits in the top-10 currently. One of the best juniors career and juniors resume that we’re ever going to see in the sport, and it’s turned into a very lucrative Tour career with lots of flash but very little of big substantive career wins and moments. Grigor another, though the expectations unfairly placed on him have a lot to do with that. The “baby Fed” stuff is something no one could live up too, but he’s another with tons of talent and just not a whole lot to show for it at the highest levels consistently.
livin' in the gangsta's paradise these days https://www.atptour.com/en/video/video-search-results/dolgopolovs-epic-rap-performance-in-umag
I will say I’m disappointed in FAA on the clay so far. For the past 2 years he’s been very good on it
