There is no end to the number of issues that should lead our populace to declare the end of all GOP involvement in government.
Day 4 of symptoms and I've been sleeping almost all day. Lost my ability to taste. Lower back doesn't hurt near as much as the last few days but still hurts to move around. Headache and drainage have remained unchanged.
Have you not met with anyone outside of your family in a distanced fashion the last 6-7 months(sans work if you have to go in the office)?
we ordered Uber eats or what have you one night and I was in the shower and the guy kept texting me that my food was still outside and had not been picked up yet. He simply couldn’t understand that I would eventually get it
We have done so once, outside and 6-10 feet apart from another couple. Only done the same with family 2-3x. It sucks. But we’re also all Covid-free. Which doesn’t suck.
If you aren’t doing this already rotate ibuprofen and Tylenol every 3 hours (so every 6 per). It helped me a lot with the headaches and muscle aches.
no, can't approve something if the company hasn't submitted data, right? RIGHT?! Who the fuck knows anymore. The fact that the FDA can't make rules without HHS oversight extends WAY beyond these vaccines.
This is the government takeover of healthcare republicans are always talking about. It’s always projection.
It’s funny that people joke about gulags bc that would be horrifying but then we realize the GOP wants to systemically murder people via gross corruption and negligence.
Wife started feeling shitty on Thursday, went and got tested. Still don’t have any results. 7 months into a pandemic you’d think we’d have this testing thing down by now.
Totally seems on the up and up. Nothing nefarious or obstructionist going on here... Edit: meant to respond to your Azar post.
Had to pay out of pocket to get my son tested because insurance won’t pay since he didn’t have symptoms. Didn’t even matter that the rest of his family has it.
Protective measures my office told me they were doing when they said I had to come back: Temp checks Hand washing stations before you can enter 100% mask compliance Social distancing Regular cleaning of shared places What I actually saw today: Some hand sanitizer Clorox wipes to clean your keyboard Must have a mask but plenty of dumb ducks pulling them down/not wearing them right Not enough desks for the amount of people working so there's congregating around available desks.
fuck you may be right https://www.npr.org/sections/health...uired health plans to,are ordered by a doctor. Fuck insurance companies. They are the fucking worst. If the whole family has Covid then testing your son is MEDICALLY NECESSARY.
Meanwhile, record fucking profits for insurance companies because of delays in surgeries. Fuck them to fucking hell. Anything to make this fucking situation worse, right?
The doc told us off the record to lie about symptoms moving forward because it was bullshit and he wanted to be able to test as many people as possible. They have plenty of tests but the scheduling people are screening them out on the front end because of this.
Yep and Blue Cross is the only game in town here so they have total control over this shit. One of my classmates from grad school had a dad that was a VP retire from Blue Cross and they gave him a fucking lake house. They are really hurting over there.
We have Cigna and I believe they are no longer paying for your tests if you don't have symptoms as well. At least my wife told me that when she was looking to get tested recently again, but that may have changed now that I am googling.
Nope, fuck that just learn the symptoms and lie about them. Get tested if you think you need it even without symptoms. Fuck these companies, you steal from them if you can. That's goes for all these capitalist outlets looking to fucking us, not just insurance companies.
Oh yeah, I'm 100% lying if I need to. The good thing right now is that since I'm in a vaccine study the researching doctor will want to see me to test me if I think I have symptoms anyways.
I got an email from Adobe this morning promoting their upcoming MAX conference. One of their key speakers was Marc Snufflebottom.
pretty sure I watched two college aged kids meet for their tinder/bumble/whatever date earlier this evening in front of my place. They walked towards each other, waved, shook hands, hugged and then got into a car together and went off. (No masks obviously) good to see the young people making good decisions, is what I'm saying
