iOS is on like 3 or 4 new phone models each year? Android on basically all the rest which would be hundreds.
Sybian is a Linux distro that ran on some Nokia’s for a while. I had a Nokia n770 for awhile that ran it
Symbian was what all our flip phones ran on. Android runs shit internationally and with people who don't want to spend the money to get an iPhone. The current SE might help there, but you can still get a good enough Android for $200 or less.
The Year of Four Emperors is a pretty well known historical moment. When you have a psychopath like Nero murk himself, it creates a bit of havoc
I liked the part where Nero bribed his way into the olympics, got them to add events he was good at and then, under threat of death, got himself declared champion of everything he participated in
There are a couple interesting ones. The 90s in general are just a bad time for cars lol The Thunderbird winning the award in 2002. I know those seemed kind of retro cool at the time but i am not a fan.
The country of Gambia has an oblong shape with the Gambia River flowing almost straight across the middle. They tried, poorly, to recreate something similar with American rivers.
Gambia is a west African country based around a river within Senegal. This map suggests a similar geography where states are tied to the land around major rivers in the US. Edit: beat by Gotch Yarbrough
The Appalachians, Scottish Highlands, and the far West Mountain range of Morocco are all part of the same mountain range, formed during Pangea. Fucking cool Spoiler Central Pangean Mountains From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Map of Pangaea, including the Central Pangean Mountains. The Central Pangean Mountains were an extensive northeast-southwest trending mountain range in the central portion of the supercontinent Pangaea during the Triassic period. They were formed as a result of collision between the minor supercontinents Laurussia and Gondwana during the formation of Pangaea.[1] Remnants of this massive mountain range include the Appalachian Mountains of North America, the Little Atlas of Morocco, Africa and much of the Scottish Highlands including Ben Nevis.
So when the hillbillies left Scotland and settled in the hollers of Tennessee and Kentucky it was really just a homecoming?
