I'm still baffled by police tactics. A fucking cast net would have subdued this guy and not resulted in a loss of life. How do we spend what we spend on defense and police infrastructure yearly and still can't solve these simple interactions with a crazy person?
Curfews are the most bullshit fucking things. Fuck mayors and governors that call curfews on protests. They enable these fucksticks.
I would guess not, but I’d need to do more research into Kentucky law than I’m able to do right now. I know in the federal context, the answer would be a hard no.
I’ve assumed there was something fishy going on. Everything I’ve ever heard about grand juries is that the prosecutor controls just about everything and they could get an indictment on basically anyone for anything. They didn’t get one for anything because they didn’t want it.

Fuuuuuck man. That is terrible. Add attempting to help while black as a death penalty worthy thing. Fuck 12
I’d like to see them try. I didn’t know Jonathan but we have several mutual friends. My friends are in shock and nearly the entire town showed up to the scene after the incident in disbelief. Who is Jonathan Price?
these Nazis murderers will try they don’t an ounce of morality and will resort to lying and creating false narratives
I've always wondered what happens in this kind of situation. I assume the cops go into the gas station to review surveillance footage, do they have to subpoena the owner to get a copy of the footage? Is the gas station allowed to release that footage if a copy was taken by police?
