It seems like we may be headed to a Roman vs Rock at Mania for head of the family... idk just my gut feeling with Mania being in LA. But we could easily not be in LA for mania and this be our Main event lol.
I said I like Roman. I just said his fans are way too excited. This company is run by a man that is insane. He could have hulk hogan beat Roman on Raw tomorrow for no reason . And yes I enjoyed the PPV. That ladder match was awesome.
Sorry didn’t mean to dig at you. I agree most fans are just insane on social media. Think I made a post about it the other day. Ladder match was awesome and very clever ending. I love Sami and this current character is fantastic. Glad they picked right up where he left off. Jeff is a nut, fucking handcuff in the ear.
Didn't watch, but was it as bad as the things Orton did in their program a while back? That made me queezy
Remember when PPV were like 5 hours. Love the two hours and we are done. So if it sucks hey it’s just two hours.
WWE would run every PPV 6 to 7 hours including preshow. It was awful. But since the pandemic hit they have gone to sub 3 hours for these b level shows and it’s awesome.
I really expected this PPV to suck but it was good. Hope Angel is ok I think he might have been severely injured. I can’t complain about anything really.
That would kind of suck, honestly. If Rock comes back to wrestle Roman, he's going to put him over. And a WM main event with heel Roman beating babyface Rock kind of seems like a waste of an opportunity. Give me someone like Big E building momentum with a Rumble win and taking down asshole/bully Roman over that.
Roman v Rock doesn't need the title. (If Rock came back for a match) You can have Rock and maybe Usos cost him title match to put belt on someone else. Have Big E take belt off Fiend or Strowman or someone like that at Mania, can get two big matches out of it. Draft is also in a few weeks, can move some guys around to get Mania matches. Rock v Reigns, if he comes back, makes too much sense
So I didn’t catch the PPV and turned Raw on and saw the recap. Did four other men have to interfere in the Drew and Randy match? What a way to shine the light on your champion. Jesus.
Got home turned on Raw, saw Bianca running sprints against people and a recap of retribution and I’m going back to MNF
I believe so... really wish they would draft Sasha to RAW before they could matchup. Have Sasha win the rumble and challenge Bayley at Mania.
- Let’s be realistic here. No way they drag that feud out another 7 months. No amount of storytelling will carry it that far - Of the roughly last 490 days, Bayley has been champ for 485 of them. It’s time for a change
When you move them to opposite brands you don’t need to keep the storyline going. Small little drops from time to time. Both can go off and feud and do other things without interacting till Rumble time
Watched some of Raw tonight actually and parts were fine. But they really need more fresh matches and feuds. And people keep getting rematches for titles after losing. Orton looks to be getting another title match, despite losing two already and losing a ppv match between them Seth and Murphy still feuding with Mysterios Hurt Business still feuding with same team that just added Ali to mix Truth still doing 247 stuff Asuka in a ppv title rematch. Hurt Business may be best thing going on Raw, need to advance them beyond the current feud. Although tbf the Retribution covid stuff may have halted other plans The draft will hopefully bring some fresh matchups
She ended up locking her Twitter for a while last night is what I saw on Reddit. Not sure if that’s true.
I'm curious how much of this is due to having the brand split + covid limitations to the roster. So they are extending some stuff out past it's due date. The Seth/Rey stuff has been going on for some time but i'm still enjoying it. The storyline is interesting and I almost feel like we could see a swerve with Dominic joining Seth instead of his sister. I agree with you on The Hurt Business. Even Lashley is cutting solid promo's. I would like Shelton and Cedric to form a tag team and get the titles. Let this group hold multiple belts. I wouldn't be mad at a Lashley eventually beating Drew for the title.
Santos Escobar is legit. NXT really nailed most of the promos this week. Shame the short build for KOR but it was awesome stuff tonight. Cameron Grimes is sky rocking to the moon!
Think AEW may have used Ryder to get over their action figures. They brought him in same time their action figure line launched, he has an action figure YouTube channel and podcast with a lot of collectors who follow him. He put over the figures hard and interviewed Kahn and Brandi on his channel about them. Now the figures have been released, he is no longer under contract with them and they didn't renew his short term deal or offer him a long term one
Let me one up that one real quick. https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2...-revenue-percentage-control-third-party-deals “In September, McMahon issued an edict instructing talent that they can no longer engage with third parties. The company later clarified the edict, stating that talent could maintain Twitch and YouTube accounts under their real names, however they would still need to inform the company of those accounts. Wrestling Inc. has also learned that talent were told this week that the company will be taking control of their Twitch accounts in four weeks. WWE will own those accounts, however talent will receive a percentage of the revenue, which counts against their downside guarantees.”
The statement doesn't seem clear. Reporting originally was wrong so I guess we will find out whats really happening in a few weeks
