lol I hadn't watched that video in a while. also loved when he came out of the bedroom with the wedding band as if that was some huge AHA moment that was gonna get him off the hook somehow. what a fucking genius.
I can’t stomach to watch the Doc but appreciate all the videos exposing him. The guy doesn’t cry or get upset when his family is missing. First big red flag. Her friend obviously was keeping close tabs on her too.
I felt like the dad was in on it when I watched. Like, make up this story where we dont think they are listening, but know they are where you say your wife killed the kids and then you killed her out of justifiable rage.
Not a bad theory. That would explain why he didn't react too emotionally upon hearing the news Loved how the investigators called BS immediately on his wife killing the girls
Not sure if Kingdom has been discussed here or not, but just finished and thought it was a real solid series. Not sure how it wasn’t picked up by someone back in 2017.
Yea it’s definitely not a Top Chef situation where everybody has been to culinary school or worked in a top kitchen. I get the vibe a few of those folks just make good ribs and brisket and have never done anything else.
The part that I can't get past is dropping your kids into a tank while they're alive and hearing them scream as they drown in water or oil
Ok. I remember seeing something else where they were in their car seats driving to the tank battery and the wife was in the bed of the truck and he dropped them in there alive.
I was confused about whether this occurred as well. In the doc, it definitely makes it sound like he tossed them in alive but everything I’ve read since says he confessed to smothering them in the truck.
Yeah I tend to believe they died in the truck. Him describing their words as he killed them unfortunately is one of the few things he says that I actually believe.
Looks awesome. I just never pick shows with subtitles because I’m a millennial that can’t put his phone down while watching tv
Was certainly bizarre use of time and resources. However I do think it would be a good idea further into the winter/conditions.
Watched hubie Halloween last night as a Sandler fan it got a few chuckles out of me but yeah...it’s pretty bad
The Trial of the Chicago 7 was one of the better movies I've seen in awhile. Hopefully it gets remember during awards season.
I'm not enough of an expert on the subject to say how accurate it is but I'm guessing it probably dramaticizes some of the events.
it follows this very closely even down to many of the scenes and the way they were shot. The independent lense is phenomenally made as well. https://www.pbs.org/independentlens/chicago10/film.html
I think that was part of what they were going for with the show, mix of competition cooks and others who cook good bbq, and throw them out of their element They obviously had access to cookbooks and probably the internet
