weird offensive game. offense looked incredible in the first half and a tire fire in the second. not really sure how to evaluate that baker performance. great in the first. a lot of bad stuff in the second, though not all of it was on him. we need wyatt teller back because the offensive line is the heart of this team. really happy with the defense and an awesome win obviousy
What a great day. The Browns are playing their best football of my adult life and the greatest basketball player of all time (from NE Ohio) wins his fourth title.
Some thoughts... - Indy's run defense was better than I thought and we're going to miss Chubb more than I thought. - Sendejo fucking sucks, play Redwine or Balky Bartholmeow there for all I care, get him off the field - Baker was great in the first half and not great in the second half, the second pick wasn't on him though - Jacob Phillips needs to play more - Myles Garrett is the best defensive player in the league - We need Wyatt Teller back, Hubbard was not good - I think we probably lose next week but 4-1 is fucking awesome
Gonna spend the next week not thinking about what sendejo vs pittsburgh's wide receivers is gonna look like
I like what Phillips has done so far. I'm curious how jordan elliot is grading out. I know a lot of people were high on that pick. Love that we sealed the game today by running the ball and killing the clock. Idk if this is a playoff team, but the old browns 100% blow that game. Im also not 100% sure greedy is still alive
Malcolm Smith, Jacob Phillips, and Mack are looking like a serviceable unit. The DBs, outside of Sendejo, are playing much better.
Crazy early draft hypothetical alert The Browns are picking around 25 (give or take a few spots). Parsons is obviously gone. We’ll say Moses is as well. Pitts is still sitting there. Everything in the world says we’re set at TE and desperately need help in the back seven, but he’s an absolute freak and a perfect fit in this system. What do you do if you’re the GM?
No, we need Back 7 help and it looks like Bryant will develop into a decent 2nd TE without needing to spend another first on 1.
Seen him in the first in a couple mocks, but I think JOK is such a menace and is going to be a great OLB in the NFL
At 25, we might have a shot at guys like Tyson Campbell, Marvin Wilson, Carlos Basham, Karomaoh, etc... Berry did excellent last off-season all around (FA & the draft). I am excited to see how he navigates his 2nd off-season and continues to build the roster.
I haven't really started looking at draft stuff yet and it feels real good. Shaun Wade is the only OSU guy I'd like in the first
