They could cook up a bunch of contact tracing casualties if they needed to. No ones in charge. unless they lose to BC first there’s no reason for them to want to cancel tho, I’m mostly just throwing shit out there.
I'm sure there is a predetermined decision tree in place for a player like that getting Covid. TL gets it - team orgy to make sure they hit their numbers to shut things down.
Some choice wording from Dabo. Haven’t seen a confirmed date that he tested positive yet. Could leave the door open for the game.
So we need him to have a mild case where he gets some symptoms. So he plays but is worse. That way if we win we get credit for playing them full strength.
dabo made sure to say Lawrence had mild symptoms. He’ll get a day or two of practice in next week, let alone not miss the game.
Even if he doesn’t play they are in the acc championship This sucks if he doesn’t play, I want Nd to really face them
and steve elmer even decided to go pro in something other than sports dont think he would still be in the NFL but if he had the drive he wouldve gotten a shot somewhere
I saw some tweet a couple months ago that between Tunsil's draft day fall meaning Stanley went top 10 overall, and Tunsil completely resetting the OT market with his deal last year that Stanley can structure his off of, that Tunsil has probably indirectly made Stanley millions and millions of dollars
i think he's playing but will be less than 100% ready (from a practice point of view) which to me is the best case scenario ND gets credit for a big win (if they win) and if they lose, well we were supposed to lose anyway
The journey to losing to Heisman winners from losing to Tulsa & USF has been a long and grueling, but we’ve made it.
I was looking back over that terrible decade and still shaking my head at those loses how did things get so bad
I think things can pretty easily get bad at ND. The upside is still pretty high but the floor is so incredibly low
I think the win would be discredited no matter what at this point if it comes down to a 1 loss, non-ACC champion ND vying for a playoff spot. Lawrence didn't practice, wasn't at full strength, etc. etc. Especially if we rematch Clemson in the ACCCG and lose.
i don’t know, this is the type of game that Nd plays like shit. Let’s see if this new fierce kelly is real or not. I can live with mistakes but I want them to be aggressive as fuck tomorrow. If they are focused and aggressive, this will be a bloodbath
Seems there isn't going to be much boat rowing this year. Minny looks god awful (Big10 in general does). Gave up 675 yds to Maryland. But at least Fleck has charisma!
Fleck is a joke, Nd should not even consider him for a job cleaning up the locker room Especially since Thoros of Beer is doing such a great job Got eeemm good
I know it’s Vogue to shit on Kelly (rightfully so at times) but I’m terrified of falling into the same trap Nebraska, Tenn etc did after getting rid of 9-10 win coaches and fading to obscurity. It sounds painfully obvious but it’s gotta be someone elite and not the next Fleck/Herman/next “rising star”
Thats been my point when I ask who to replace him? Teams go get these hot coordinators who were great at Ohio St, Alabama and Clemson then can't replicate the success because, and this is important, they don't have the talent of Alabama, Ohio St and Clemson. Fickell right now is the only guy I'd consider since he turned Cincinnati into a legit program, but I was always called a Kelly supporter when I said I wouldn't get rid of him for someone like Fleck. This is a 10-11 win program right now. My only fault at Kelly is repeatedly missing at QB, and maybe that's whats keeping him from being a title contender, but replacing him gives just as much risk of becoming Nebraska or Texas.
yeah, I got you. I was just making a little joke but his ceiling is so higher than book. With this running game and his long ball and running skills it could’ve been explosive but who knows.
