i have questions how hard was it back then to finger a girl with all the obstacles. it seems like girls are easier nowadays
I really enjoyed McMillions on HBO Not entirely organized crime, but enough to make it interesting and a pretty wild story if you don’t know about it.
Not a documentary, but the first 2 seasons of Gomorrah are on HBO now. Probably my second favorite mob series behind The Sopranos.
Just discovered this one. I love a good revenge tale. Starting it now. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/black_47
I watched 15 minutes of hubie Halloween and it was the worst thing I’ve ever watched am I missing something
Was it really the worst thing you’ve ever watched? I would argue having to watch a WVU basketball staring Kevin Pittsnogle is pretty tough to see I mean what is this
Just finished Queens Gambit. What a nice surprise and good series. Wasn’t expecting anything, but enjoyed it.
I got through maybe 45 minutes of it and ejected when I saw there was still like an hour left. Thought it was ok, just didn't really feel the need to watch the rest
If you have Netflix and are wanting the new chromecast, the Google store has a bundle, with 6 months of Netflix credit, for $89.99 + tax.
I mean... those movies were way better A bunch of callbacks to old characters doesn't really move the needle
Ive been watching it too and I actually recognize some of the rappers now. also the early 00s were still pretty homophobic.
Chappelle is frankly one of of the best comedians since Pryor. Making fun of sexuality and race is an incredibly difficult line to cross, especially in the years since his show aired. With that said, he has been able to do it. His last special on Netflix was probably the funniest standup I’ve ever seen, but not many comedians could get away with it. And the “professional critics” blasted it because they were scared of what he was saying, while the public showed they were desperate for a message like his. My point, after a bit of meandering, is Chappelle is never going to change his message, despite public pressure for someone to be PC. I don’t know if the Chappelle Show would fly in today’s market, but it would be a shame if it didn’t, because it’s absolute genius. He’s going to offend people. All the best comedians offend people.
I liked it. Definitely worth a watch if you like those types of flicks. The mood (to me) is very Blue Ruin, only in 19th century Ireland.
When ISIS took their homes, families and city, one group of men fought to take it all back. Based on true events, this is the story of the Nineveh SWAT team, a renegade police unit who waged a guerrilla operation against ISIS in a desperate struggle to save their home city of Mosul. Watch Mosul November 26, only on Netflix: https://netflix.com/title/81041495
Has anyone watched The 12th Man on Netflix? I think it is a 2018 movie, but I never saw it and watched it last night on Netflix. I would recommend if you haven't seen it and like true stories from WW2.
i want to make fun of every one of them but I can’t. I want to pretend I won’t be watching that but I can’t.
