Double boiler with American slices, grated sharp cheddar, and whole milk to get the right consistency. The buns were leftover from a previous meal, but the burger held up to the chew just fine.
Moist brisket, roasted hatch chiles, havarti cheese, dill pickles, & horseradish mayo on toasted sourdough. Creating meals out of leftover brisket is now funner and more enjoyable to me than eating brisket.

Have this in the oven . Cornish game hens, potatoes/carrots/onion in a cast iron. Was in the grocery store yesterday and saw they had Cornish hens by the big ass Turkey display. My mom used to roast them all the time growing up, hadn’t had them in forever.

Interesting. Very quick. I usually make mine in the pressure cooker but it takes several hours. Looks good. I like my eggs at 6 minutes.

Korean BBQ inspired ground beef bowls served over cauliflower rice. Scallions and quick pickled cucumbers and carrots to garnish. My biggest tip... take the time to really cook the moisture out of the cauliflower rice (I used the frozen Trader Joe's brand), adds a nutty element.
