Unless I get offered a free ticket on a night I can/want to go,I think this is the first year I wont attend a single game.
God this organization sucks https://nba.nbcsports.com/2020/03/1...m-candidates-to-keep-open-mind-on-jim-boylen/
They are just going to hire some yes man so Paxson can continue to run this team. These names being leaked for the job like Sam Presti. GTFO. No chance he joins this team. Fans need to stop going to games. Fuck this ownership
What really p'd me off the most was that I got stuck with frikin larry johnson cups from mc'ds in the 90's why was I never given a chicago bull one. I got nothing against the hornets, but it would have been nice to get a Michael Jordan one. Well that's okay, I don't have the cup anymore, I shouln't be upset about it. Bed time is soon calling if i can find a way to get in it.
Jumped to 4th in a pretty weak draft. Will Purdue tossing out #4 + Carter for #2 is just the start of some insane garbage rumor season.
Get rid of Boylen and Gar/Pax and better things start to happen. I fully believe they would have gotten the 7th pick again if amy of them were still around.
Good vibes... I listen to the Bulls Talk podcast and the make me laugh with the draft talk. They speak as if one defensive stopper at SF will elevate this team to the playoffs. I honestly believe we will see this roster completely reworked, take BPA and full trust in this new management. I will say the rumored HC candidates gives me hope.
Agree taking BPA. The problem is in this draft it’s not gonna be a clear choice. Hope the scouting staff is up to the challenge.
This is a team full of high content shooters that don't guard anybody. There's some talent but they don't really fit as a team. If they could swing a trade they might be better off, although Avdija intrigues me, but maybe not at #4. I feel like fans will be patient now that a new regime is here but they'll have to somehow become appealing to one of the 2021 FAs.
All the awful people are gone but I cant get excited about the Bulls until i see it on the court. That’s how pessimistic they’ve made me lol.
Probably a good enough hire to get back to playoffs in a couple years. Wonder if this changes draft strategy. I feel like Hayes is the pick now
I’m hoping he’s a well enough known commodity he can draw free agents because I think the roster is going to be totally turned over
The NBA isn't like the NFL. Unless someone wants to overpay, trading down doesn't get you much. Going from 4 to 10 and getting a late first round pick isn't value.
I don’t have a strong opinion on anyone in the 4-8 range. I don’t see a big difference between Killian Hayes, Okoro, Okongu ect. In that case trade down a little bit. It would be different is there was a no brainer or one of Wiseman or Toppin slips. Edwards scares me a little too. High ceiling but super low floor Kinda like the Israeli but any of those. No one I really hate except for Ball. I doubt he’ll ever be a good enough shooter
To me this is a trust the management situation. I like Hayes but it’s probably because he’s been the one I’ve focused on since the mocks have been coming out. I actually like Ball but imho he’s gonna be off the board.
Warriors would be dumb not to make that trade. Conversely the Bulls would be dumb to make that trade.
Reminds me kind of when Marvin Williams went i think 2 as a 6 man on a great team ahead of guys who outshone him in college.
He’s a kid with a great build. Very young but has all the tools. This new front office and staff had preached player development. Apparently he was awesome in pre draft workouts.
