This is called taxation. Tax write offs is not the answer here. “Trickle down” doesn’t work. If you want to have the rich chip in more to the public good, you just take that money via taxes. Then spend on shit that benefits everybody - infrastructure, healthcare, education - and ultimately even the rich that were taxed a lot have a better country and fellow citizens that don’t fantasize about lopping their heads off.
