Doeren just became our 2nd winningest coach in program history, and the guy in first went 77-88. He’s going to be the best coach we’ve ever had, and frankly I don’t want your pity.
i imagine the money is leaving vt no choice. i think fuente is a pretty good coach at some level, but agree with the thought that foster hanging around hurt him long term. he didnt have a staff under him to recruit up, or ties to the state that excited the key areas of the region. they could fall into the rut that the Vols, Horns, and Canes have found themselves in and start chasing ghosts.
you could argue Michigan State would be better but I’d rather be in the ACC than Big Ten right now the ACC is kind of a train wreck desperate for a #2 to Clemson
why is Michigan state the only other option? Regardless of how you answer there, fickell can be patient and wait on an elite job
I've got this 2011 UVA/FSU game on for shits and giggles and my oh my is this ending all kinds of fucky
Yeah, a pandemics ability to throw things into chaos for college football is underreported. Weird how a raging, untreated infectious disease doesn't keep a schedule.
Weren't they just overly cautious? The acc has literally designed their program to result in post-travel cancellations for no reason Spoiler: Hot take I think current events are proving the big 10/pac 12 right. There shouldn't have been a season
Youre right in that there shouldn’t have been a season in the first place. But I also think now that the season is mostly over and these games are proving ever more meaningless teams are less willing to ignore the rules for a game. BC somehow hasn’t had a positive at all. Ever. It’s crazy.
