Stefanski has been awesome. 8-3 with a defense that has two really good players and a bunch of below average players as well as the most inconsistent quarterback in history
I told Marcus and Duke that I want us to have less cap room going into next year than I have in my checking account. Pay Chubb and spend the rest on defense.

We have the right coach, which feels really good. Hopefully we have the right GM too. They need to pay Nick Chubb. I don't care how other RB contracts have played out, he's a great guy in the locker room and the best RB in the world. He's so important to what we want to be and have to be with Baker.

Bills had an easy schedule last year and made the playoffs. Let me tell ya, when you are the fan of an historically bad franchise, it does not fucking matter. Tell that guy to eat a dick. Also, Browns may have an easy schedule, but it isn't like they are some NFC East team winning a bad division. They are 8-3 and have 5 or 6 great players (RBs, Ward, Landry, Myles, etc)
There has been some atrocious play calling. 1st drive of the game is a great example. I like Stefanski, but I wouldn't call him awesome. He's still learning.
While I agree and get annoyed with the analytic obsession of passing on first down, his clearly visible stamp on the entire culture is why I would be fine with calling him awesome.
