tried a local brand Heggies it wasn't bad but it had waaaaayyyyyy too much cheese the Detroit style from Outsiders still is the best
I've been enjoying Red Baron lately. Crunchy crust and not too much of it, without being cracker thin.
Meijer Marked down a dollar each, and there's a $4.00 off two of them on the mperks digital coupons. 2 for 12, doesn't sound too shabby to me.
No matter the brand, I bake them in the oven at 425* on a preheated upside down sheet pan. Pull it 3 minutes before the prescribed time and then move it under the broiler and rotate every 30 secs or so for even browning. It's worth the extra effort.
I believe this to be a myth. I've never gone straight rack, and I never end up with a soft crust. It may take a little longer, but I'm cool with it. Guess it depends on if you care about your top getting a little more well done? Idk, I enjoy a brown bubbly cheese, I'm not worried about the gooey stretchy cheese on a frozen pizza.
Had this in college, pretty sure it's been posted itt Any tombstone/jacks/red baron style pizza came out perfect every fucking time. https://www.googleadservices.com/pa...wjy8Ork-eDgAhURVt8KHdFHA5IQwg96BAgNEAc&adurl=
I'm not sure if I've posted this in this thread, but if any of you guys ever see this here pizza, buy it. Don't think about it, buy it.
Yeah the store here started getting them a few years ago. No idea where they do their ordering from though. All of the Culinary Circle pizzas are good for the price.
A quick glance at JD’s financials leaves one wondering what he eats now, since it’s surely not tombstone.
Have never tried a screamin sicilian tbh. It looks good, but I have a hard time spending 10 bucks on any frozen pizza out of principle when I could spend the extra 5 and get a large pizza from a good pizza place near me and have pizza for 2 days.
They used to make a Mexican pizza that was fucking awesome. It was so luscious that you basically had to double the cook time to get it to cook thru.
Just had one about an hour ago. There may be better tasting frozen pizzas but when you consider the price, nothing comes close to Totino’s for best all around.
during the pandemic, I made "Totino's Lasagna" - meaning that I cooked 4 Totino's pizzas and then stacked them on top of one another and cut it up it was glorious
