Thanks. Will give it a shot. I’ve always been a sweeper so not super worried about that. Mostly just trying to work on tempo and center face strikes. Got some impact tape and already making some improvements.
I think I forgot to mention that on Saturday last weekend I played at my home course in a best ball members event. Same hole I got my ace on a couple months ago... flag in the same location and everything. I nut a 5 wood and it’s tracking right at the pin, takes one hop and hit the flagstick near the base of it. It’s uphill to the green so I can’t see where my ball ended up and if it dropped or stopped near the stick. Get up to green and it’s 25’ right of the hole. Got par and lost the hole because the team chipped in from 20 yards short of the green :(
Playing #1 later today, then Southern Pines tmw and Talamore New Course on Sunday morning. Excited to lose all my golf balls and hate golf by the end of this weekend.
He won the first on 3/2 I believe I won the next on the final hole after a display on 17 that is still disputed
Match 1 Nebraska hot as fuck Match 2 Orlando I think pretty good. Windy near the end Wednesday 68/55 no wind no rain
Match 1 pristine conditions (although hilly) in Nebraska. Same for match 2 but in Florida. Match 3 in Florida looking a little chilly for Jigga. Match 2 was middle of the offseason for me. Honestly it’s a pretty even. He’s not a 5.
They were my guests. ....and ftr, let it be known that Jigga lost to both Ty Webb and myself on that fateful day.
Finally got me a GHIN handicap so I can jump in some tournaments. Looking forward to getting through year end as this is our busy time and having some great golf trips next year.
Honestly just check with me a week or two in advance and we'll do it. Bring Jeff along too. We can have Josh or whoever meet us as well. That would be great!
need some guidance. wife has decided she wants to learn golf. she isnt half bad for having never played before. does anyone have a good rec for some reasonable women/youth clubs so when she inevitably gives up on it, i wouldnt have spent a ton. i have never bought a club since i still use the ones my grandpa gave me in high school so i have no frame of reference on this matter thanks
And to answer your question....whatever's on clearance or deeply discounted on www.rockbottomgolf.com
Did CPR on a 75 y/o on the 2nd hole for about 15min today. Called the hospital later, he had a massive MI and did not make it. But we kept him alive enough for his wife to be able to say goodbye at the bedside. That's something....
Looking at Wisconsin I can't believe all of a sudden the magazine giving Lawsonia so much love. Fried Egg has been staning for the place for a long time.
Yeah thanks, I worked as a firefighter/EMT for years so it was natural for me. Obviously I wish he lived but I'm glad he was technically alive so his wife could say goodbye. I'm glad we were there.
