any neighborhood in north Texas built in like the last 25 years looks like that house above. when we lived there we lived in an old 60s / 70s neighborhood. lots of great old ranches to be had in the area

I have not. I have only ever dealt with a couple prefabbed units and they were therapeutic swim spas (about 6’wide x 15’long x 4’deep). I have dealt with numerous built-in spas, cold plunges, and pools in houses though.
