Even down 2-1, Schalke looked pretty decent for at least the first 30 minutes of the half. Assume 6-1 or something by FT.
I didn’t follow the situation that closely, but with the benefit of hindsight, should Dortmund have sold Sancho this summer?
I don’t think so. They’ve gotta make a run at the title with Haaland/Sancho. They probably don’t have them next year.
Is that a prerequisite? He couldn’t speak English when he first took over at Southampton from what I remember.
I just remember them making a big deal out of it when we sacked Kovac last year and his name was mentioned. Germans are a very particular people.
Obviously, still seems weird that a club who’d been rumored to be sacking a manager wouldn’t have a group of replacements to go for
Germany going on a hard lockdown on Wednesday thru at least January 10th. Not sure what effect it will have on the league yet.
That’s such a hopeless job. They’re going to be in the BL2 for a few years. Stuttgart at least wasn’t broke when they were down, and were able to sign some cheap young players that are worth a lot more since they now have God-tier scout Sven Mislintat.
And Stuttgart was able to sell us Pavard for 40mil before going to the second tier. They turned over 30 mil profit on him in three years.
