Started 2021 with a day on the links. 4 birdies in the round with one chipping in from about 10 yards off the green. Still had some bad shots and missed short putts that put my score higher than it should of been. Feeling pretty confident heading into streamsong in a few weeks.
Haven't played much lately. Played Monday-Thursday this week. Broke 50 on 9 for the first time in a month on Wednesday. Shot 86 on Thursday with 4 birdies. Had a birdie put on 9 for a 39 on front side. Came apart down the stretch. Front side could have been my all time low score but made a tripple on one.
Lisa Cornwell does not hold back on the NLU pod, even has her lawyer on the line and lets him answer a couple questions. Sounds like Golf Channel has some big internal issues, specifically naming Brandel as having it out for her and getting special treatment from the bosses
Not really. You've got the usual tryhards looking for attention. Everybody knows the shenanigans in the equipment game.
they allowed everybody who made the tour championship to play even if they didn't win a tournament last year, due to covid cancellations of tournaments and need for additional field.
People are losing their minds over Max’s choice of words saying his friend who is a 5 handicap is not a great golfer. Golf twitter is really dumb at times
As with anything, it's all relative. To people that golf once a year or less I'm Dustin Johnson. To people that play even 6x a year or more, they get it.
That was not my intent I swear. I replied specifically because I'm exactly the type of player that was referenced....well 5.1 but close enough. Please forgive me.
Extrapolating this point even further, pretty sure Max would say he's not a great golfer among his peers.
