Sucks to think about, but throw Mo in there as well and we lost top 3 offensive players in the last 2 seasons.
That's been more alarming than the garbage coaching honestly. Nothing more damning of a culture than talented players consistently leaving.
Seems like being THE guy in this case is too much of a good thing. I.E. Wandale we have a bunch of statues out there with you so here's a bunch of screens and crossing routes that Adrian is going to throw above your head. Good luck and try not to be broken in half. P.S. You're our short yardage back too
Makes sense. We used him a quasi running back, which was dumb, and he just gets beat to shit every week. Hope he goes to Kentucky and makes frost looking like a dumbass.
Exactly, I've theorized offline to friends and maybe online I don't remember that I wouldn't be surprised if Frost's insistance on being super smart and catching the D by surprise by running small wide receivers up the gut didn't play into Spielman wanting to GTFO.
If you remember he also tried running Mo's rail-thin 170 pound ass up the middle. Dude needs to lay off the chewing tobacco or something.
Well he has already succeeded in the make Frost look like a dumb ass part. I am skeptical about Wan'Dale's actual ability and whether or not its enough to actually make a difference on an SEC roster, but we've talked about that ad nauseam
Agree with you there. They claimed he had 4.2 speed but he was run down from behind numerous times, including by Northwestern's defense. Can't remember Wandale housing anything over 20-30 yards either. I think he is a tough kid and a good football player kind of in Rex's mold, but he is not a monster game-changing player.
The bigger issue which I think we all agree on is we don't have the depth to lose guys like this at all. They shouldn't be our best players but they are and when they leave it makes a bad team worse. I mean, stop stop we're already dead.
we all miss the Tony Butler era #Southern California Trojans guys what kind of player is Markese Stepp?
Not trying to say Tony Butler is the gold standard or anything. Shit he is from goddamn Ohio, but I do find it insightful when players from the inside speak out of order.
Much like Trump, it feels like Frost is actually going to do what he says he will do. As much as we'd like to believe he is blowing smoke, I'm not sure thats in the cards.
I figured Gundy would absolutely lose his team when he was outed as a chud and several players revolted. Nope. Turns out he's a chud and a good coach and can produce those gridiron dubyas. Sadly it also turns out being a chud and a bad coach isn't going to fly one bit.
My favorite part about this quote since he said it, is that these clowns keep mentioning this illustrious culture. Oh man, I’d hate to only win 2 games because someone messed up this amazing system we have in place.
Good physical back. Was hurt last year but his freshman year he was the best running back on the team
Basketball program is paused.... It is probably for the best that we pause all male sports from here on out.
