Welcome back! Missed you in many threads. Dry cleaning so tight live, really impressive to me. Also, to add to your other post for 2021, really looking forward to Viagra Boys and Shame full albums.
aside from Preoccupations, I am not really sure what is supposed to be released in 2021 but new albums I am hoping to get: Preoccupations Parquet Courts (can't imagine Andrew Savage has been sitting around on his hands over the past 9 months) Japanese Breakfast Alvvays Blanck Mass Ought Let's Eat Grandma The Courtneys Beach Fossils also really hoping we see signs of activity from Blouse this year. We're coming up on a decade without new tunes from them but they remain active on social media so I'm keeping the faith
not sure it fits this thread but feels like a kendrick lamar record should be around the corner. danny brown has an album coming out too big thief lucy dacus julien baker war on drugs tierra wack

Youtube subscriptions always come through Might need to add this album to my best of 2020 list. Band is called Deeper, album is Auto-Pain. Their self titled debut is incredible
They were on a few of the playlists I listen to but never dug into the full album. Also check out Vintage Crop, it was a Pepperoni special. From time to time I listen to their radio and there are so many good Aussie bands I feel like we miss out on a ton of content other than the mainstream shit that hits there. Or maybe I just dont know where to look. One thing that I hate the most about the pandemic is that it really sucks for me musically. Three more people always in the house, where I typically had carte blanche to blast music before I now have to be considerate. Used to have a nice Bose set up in my office and when I working downstairs I have the surround sound on the TV. Also, I am aware of what a headset is, I am not listening at concert levels, I still need to be able to answer my phone, IM and hear if someone needs me etc.....
Their sub reddit is hilarious. Frequently people coming there for the little pill, transactions are funny.
Not entirely sure what Spotify is doing but Shame is supposed to drop today. There are only four songs on there as of now. They have delayed their album like 17 times since last summer so it will be there eventually I guess.
Been listening to Future Islands recently, lead singer is also a rapper. He's got a unique voice and would not pin him as a rapper.
Claud was the first artist signed to Phoebe Bridgers new label. Here's "Cuff Your Jeans." Album out next month.
I don't know if this should go here or in the hip hop thread, but I can't wait for this Madlib & Four Tet album on 1/29:
officially back in an office for the first time since early March. That means I'm listening to Beach House for like seven hours a day again
Local Brewery Moving Fundraiser. A bunch of groups and around 6 hours long. Brittany Howard intro at ~9:30, music at ~14:30.
