that opportunity isn’t there imo. well it is but no one is going to be taking advantage of it city will most likely win the league and pool has an outside chance. it takes some mental gymnastics to reach a point where you think it won’t be those 2 (unless you buy united and ole which uhh good luck i guess)
Yeah, I don't actually mean someone on Leicester's standing winning the league so much as other traditional title contenders weren't doing a damn thing. That 15/16 season's top finishers accumulated 2.13 points per game, 1.87, 1.84, 1.74. This season, we're unlikely to get a champion not named Liverpool or Manchester City, but right now, anyone from first to ninth tenth has to feel like it's not out of reach for them to mount a title challenge. Edit: I'm being unkind to 10th placed Villa, they do have 3 fuckin games in hand, they could win them and be in second.
Our form is awful. Seems like it's a Manchester battle for the league right now. Can we hang on for a top 4 finish? I don't know, I hope so
I didn’t say Almiron would run all the way up the field. It’s not far from the 18yd box to the midway line
Villa need to just play their fucking games already. Four in hand and a point behind their immediate superiors, Arsenal.
i dont see the issue. they either agree to that or west ham waits until after the game to complete the transfer. seems like this benefits west brom more than west ham as it gives him more time to train with his new teammates
And they are at home against a Chelsea side without their best player. And have the far superior manager.
