No one is perfect and we all make mistakes. I think the video clearly shows that Morgan is a drunk and immature person. I can look back at the things I said amongst friends in High School/College and realize what was acceptable back then is not acceptable now. In my opinion, there is a big difference between using a word to seem cool or provide emphasis vs. in a derogatory manner. He should absolutely face severe consequences if he used that word in a true racist fashion, but he did not. We shouldn't cancel him over being immature. He obviously needs help. I loved The Dixie Chicks back in the day and didn't understand why they were hated on until I grew up. I don't believe they should have been canceled either.

At what point do people get held accountable and not written off as a mistake? This is no where near the same thing. One is questioning a presidents decision to invade another country and another is a word used to oppress an entire race of people. I get annoyed with cancel culture in many instances as well, but using the n word in 2021 doesn’t come close to falling under that umbrella. It’s a word that has been widely accepted as vile for more than a half century. I’m perfectly fine with him being cancelled for this.
Yes. A grown man who is very aware of the word, it’s origination, it’s use, etc should never use it. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t be a racist by using that word.
