Can shortage is very real. Costs is through the roof and access is a bitch. Even our printed cans I’m having to order 6+ months in advance. It sucks
Looking for lighter beer recs in the Belgian/Trappist style. Love that taste but 8%+ puts a hurting on me quick. Anything more sippable for winter nights?
Starting strong today. Already had a liquid lunch with one of these and a couple bourbon double bocks.
Can you educate me on glasses a little bit? Are different types of IPA's better in different glasses? Seems like most in here us a tulip type glass.
I've run extensive studies on this phenomenon but don't remember the results Just some alcohol humor folks
This was on par or less than what I spend at the local breweries known for their IPAs. It is just so hard to find a quality shelf hazy imo because their peak drinking window is so small.
The good Offshoot I’ve had was $18+. The best hops I can get in ATL is generally less than that. For instance, I’m getting a TIPA this weekend at 10% for $16 that will be on par with anything anyone can get in any city in any country at anytime. Any.
I think and hope he is talking about a 4-pack. I picked up a 4-pack at that price in Dallas. Which is a long way from Cali.
The local breweries sell their DIPAs for $18-$20 and TIPAs for $20-$22. And for some reason, Dallas breweries slay their TIPA offerings. I just can’t handle drinking them on the regular but they are fantastic (Turning Point, Celestial, False Idol).
Lol, nice gif. California prices must be inflated. This is what I see pretty standard in LA for the top local breweries: IPA - $18 DDH IPA / DIPA - $20 DDH DIPA - $22 TIPA - $24 DDH TIPA - $25
Atlanta is a $14-$18 market. Anything over that is usually BBA or some kind of gimmick. CC is pushing that price limit, but they coast on name recognition at this point.
