Interesting twist to SD Elimination Chamber, winner gets immediate title shot v Roman. Also putting Uso in that match adds an intriguing twist. Are they not doing a women's match? Or are they doing 3-4 chamber matches?
Come on, we all know Lacey is beating Asuka at EC PPV (match that I think they already announced) so that face underdog Charlotte can beat Lacey at Mania for title
It doesn't appear there will be any women's EC matches. Sasha v Mella or Sasha and Bianca v Nia and Baszler are possibilities on that ppv, and Asuka v Lacey scheduled
I didn't mind it... I don't understand him coming out to a remix of his old music and cut a promo basically revamping the Messiah gimmick.
NXT V-Day PPV tonight for those who still tune into the product. Should be a very good card. Main Event is Pete Dunne v Balor, both finals of the dusty cup.
I fast forward through almost all of NXT these days, but had some free time this morning and watched the go home show with my son. Very good show, has me looking forward to the PPV tonight.
Eli Drake showed up on the preshow. Going by the name LA Knight. That will take some getting used to, but I’ve been a mark for that guy for a long time, excited to see what he can do on a bigger stage.
TakeOver was incredible. kushida and Gargano is an early match or the year candidate. The close of the card is classic NXT with the logo coming up only to swerve. this felt very much like a classic takeover with just elite wrestling top to bottom and less sports entertaining.
EDIT: Looks like it's not a work, she's forreal pregnant with her 2nd child. https://www.forbes.com/sites/alfred...t-of-wwe-elimination-chamber/?sh=73d90521445e
So did Nia actually hurt herself on the ring apron or just feel like selling a bump by yelling “what the fuck, my hole”
"My hole" is such Vince humor I have to believe he either suggested it, or someone told her to do it to try and pop Vince.
At least Rollins can have a sigh of relief now knowing that he wasn’t the last wrestler to break Stings neck
these matches can be snoozefests due to how the match limits what the wrestlers came so. However Omega makes everyone looks great and you know Mox is going to take some insane bumps.
They need to bring in Japanese announcers. I can’t watch two dudes tear themselves apart without screaming Japanese over the top of it
1) are AEW go home shows actual go home shows or just random fuckery? 2) if not, how are their video packages/is there somewhere to catch some good recaps?
They are typical go home shows. This time though they have Shaq wrestling so it’ll be a big show in its own right. Typically the Friday before the PPV, TNT will air a PPV preview. Those are well done.
Surprised you do Daniel Bryan v Roman Reigns in a ppv that the match is not advertised on ahead of time
