Tracy Lawrence is still a panty dropper. I went to see him at the Blind Horse in Greenville, SC, and there were some many hot women there. Bunch of country rednecks looking to fight, too. Luckily I had my pen, so I was just laughing the whole time.
Been listening to this album non stop the last few days, they're really good. a little William Clark Green, a little Mickey and the Motorcars, even a few Turnpike vibes in places with all the fiddle and steel. Will be one of the best country albums of 2021 for sure.
How can I listen to replay? I'm in the mountains, already have a bon fire lit, and a pen in my pocket. This would be cherries right now.
Was looking at Billy Strings IG for a link to his show last night and saw that Killer Mike follows him. Made me smile.
I was kinda skeptical about this description of an album but it's actually very fitting. Great fucking album.
They grabbed the steel guy from Mike and the Moonpies for this record, and I can absolutely hear some of them as well in this. Fantastic record.
Colter Wall & The Scary Prairie Boys: LIVE In Front Of Nobody Thursday, March 11, 2021 8:30 PM EST / 7:30 PM CST https://boxoffice.mandolin.com/collections/colter-wall-live-in-front-of-no-one-3-11
Listened to this one yesterday and liked it. Relisten today was just as enjoyable. Kind of has a Childers sound to him, but definitely not at that level yet.
This album is absolutely incredible. By far my favorite of the year so far, and wouldn't be surprised if it has staying power in my rotation for a long time
Yeah I got some real strong prine vibes on multiple songs. He's talented. Looks like he has a few albums already before this that I need to check out, as well.
Dust in a Baggie Away From The Mire Taking Water Meet Me at The Creek Turmoil and Tinfoil Watch It Fall Doin' Things Right While I'm Waiting Here
and I would suggest the Dust in a Baggie video of him playing in a basement with some other stoner bros
I'm listening to Billy Strings for the first time right now This guy's dead covers are really damn good
https://www.savingcountrymusic.com/evan-felker-emerges-performing-at-benefit-with-teague-brothers/ as we come up on 2 years with no Turnpike, I'll take the small victories as they come.
