There is a lot going on there, but the casting couch with telescope just inside the front door really got me
I read this entire thread today and it's really clear Arab, AL should be blasted off the surface of the earth
https://www.redfin.com/MN/Minneapolis/901-N-3rd-St-55401/unit-503/home/51536487 posting less to mock (cause if we could afford it my wife would want to by it) it but more that i'm convinced this place is owned by a young athlete
it's so generic with the jerseys and photos that i wonder if it's team-owned and used for newly acquired players Ed Davis (NBA) and Ryan Jeffers (MLB) went to UNC and UNCW, respectively, but both are pretty new to Minneapolis
not full height walls is super common in these industrial adaptive reuse. Worked on a few that had that condition.
Dude who started the town had a son named Arad (pronounced like a-rad not arid). When they applied for a USPS office they used that name but the USPS misread the application and approved Arab. Been the name of the town for 130 years. They pronounce it A-rab like the son’s name, not like an Arab from the Middle East.
In Iowa we have: Nuh-Vay-Da Dell-high Mad-drid Along with a bunch of other imbecilic pronunciations I can’t remember right now.
Have a look inside. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3695-Primrose-Rd-South-Lake-Tahoe-CA-96150/195374618_zpid/?
I'm fully aware of the town, but when I drove through and saw a building for an Arab newspaper I was like "how progressive"... big time dummy moment for me
I'm not saying there are bodies in that house, what I'm saying is it's highly likely there are bodies buried in or around that house
The house wasn’t even cleaned before the realtor took the pictures. Seems like a safe assumption the guy is in prison now, right? (The location looks pretty sweet though)
It honestly looks like they haven't updated any decor since the early 90's. I guess Hobby Lobby wasn't a thing at that point.
I was looking for an Auburn or Alabama logo or memorabilia, but was unable to find anything. Slightly disappointed.
As I’m scrolling through photos I’m thinking why wouldn’t you at least clean up...then it got weird. Maybe they were staging the place and don’t understand what it really means. Also does “as is” mean we aren’t moving any of this shit out, you get it all
