we are supposed to be pals ... But I agree with all of you guys. It’s sad but Quebec is not part of the picture. I would not even consider it if I was in bettman’s shoes or just an owner. Quebec doesn’t make a lot of sense financially, it would be so fun as fans to get that rivalry with mtl back but the franchise would struggle so much to get players to even consider playing here. it’s a great city to live in but for a pro athlete that is not from here it is not a market that you want to be in.
I used to want the Coyotes to stay here since it's easy to catch a Rangers game once a year. But with Vegas now it's just a good excuse to go up there at least once a year (in normal times). Hell I think the flight to Vegas is shorter than driving to Glendale.
