Are we bullish on Langeliers? I saw some gifs of his swing and it looks pretty good. May be another reason we don’t bring back Flow
He's got elite defense, most question his bat. It'll be interesting to see how he does with a full year in the minors. His short rookie year wasn't great
I feel like at this point you're just bitching to bitch since they've signed Kipnis and Lamb in the last month
We really don’t need to discuss Bustaliers anymore in this thread. He’s apparently such a bad catcher that he was DHing in Asheville. Yea real promising.
it’s like 250 feet down the right field line. how many homers did bustaliers hit to that easy porch? zero
We have questions at one position where we are starting a former top prospect who at one point carried our team to a division title for a month or 2. I think we have valid complaints about: 1. Financial flexibility 2. Bench 3. Pen No one should be complaining about the starting 8 or a back up catcher.
Probably hyperbole, but are we doing a platoon of Pache/Ender in CF? Agree re: depth and BP, but I also think 3B and C are huuuge question marks. Can we expect TDA to keep up his redhot 2nd half? Need Riley to take a huge step.
I don’t think there’s any chance Ender plays unless he lights it up in ST. He’ll come in to replace Ozuna on defense in the 9th but that’s it.
Maybe. there's only one way to find out. He's our best prospect he needs to play every day. And his elite defense next to Ozuna is going to make up for a weaker bat. We don't need CF to hit great to be a really solid player.
Our lineup and rotation are near the top of the league. But our depth is terrible. If any of our top regulars get hurt or struggle it will be tough to overcome.
I just can't hold that against him. It was his first ever big league action. If anything it was criminal that we held him back until that point.
