I caved and upgraded to the 12 from the 8. Very happy with the screen size and speed, picked the 12 over 12 pro because of weight and the fact that I don’t think I’ll need the super camera.
made the jump from 8 to 12 pro this week and couldnt be happier. originally I did it because I wanted the 512 gb, but the camera has been comically impressive
Ever since the most recent update my iPhone has been mediocre, at best, at connecting to my home WiFi. Often times it is connected but it won't open anything so I have to turn it off to do anything on the phone. When I try to reconnect, it will ask me for my password, which I will input, and it tells me it is incorrect. It also tells me my password is incorrect sometimes when I am sharing the password from another device that is connected to the WiFi. I know it is not the WiFi as I will be sitting at my desk working on my laptop which is connected to that same WiFi. Any ideas on what I have managed to screw up on my iPhone?
similar issues. It’s not asking for password but it drops WiFi. And given I have shit cell service, it’ll drop calls or lose all internet. Also issues with AirPods not connecting or disconnecting. shitty iOS update
Amazing deal on new series 5 watches at Best Buy. I found no reason for 6 over 5. I’ve never seen stainless this cheap. Almost half off this is an example. They have different sizes etc https://www.bestbuy.com/site/apple-...black-stainless-steel/6215979.p?skuId=6215979
Car play stopped working in my car. Have tried multiple cords, all charge my phone but none bring up car play
I’ve been using it the last two weeks and have same thoughts. The integration with the rings and their version of a leaderboard are done really well. I had been using Pelotons app previously and found Fitness+ more enjoyable.
Have you tried resetting your network settings? You will lose all your remembered wifi connections but may help.
You can do it by hitting the little phone icon at the bottom right on the now playing display to change where the music streams from. Should bring up an option to stream it from your watch (I’m on cellular).
Same. I don’t listen to anything anymore when I run anyways. Use it as a meditation time but just use my watch to monitor HR and time elapsed. I don’t have cellular but that’s really the only time I feel like I’d use it
I got the cellular watch and have never actually set a plan up for it. I also did that for an iPad like 5 years ago. I finally didn’t do that with the new iPad I got this year. No cell needed for an iPad when I can hotspot.
I got the 12.9 Pro in December, love it. Go the magic keyboard and pencil as well. Great for internet browsing on the couch and has been a game changer for some work stuff.
Apple leather folio for my Xs was starting to fall apart. The new one came today and Cape Cod Blue is so clean. I don’t want to crease it.
My airpods are acting up. I listen to them one ear at a time at work, and usually not long enough for it to die before I put it back in the case. Lately I've been using them more, and they've been going dead after a few hours. But when I put it in the case after it shuts off, it shows as 40% charged already, if not higher. Is there a way to "reset" the battery? It used to be with larger batteries (your phone) you were supposed to kill it on the first charge so the battery life is the best. These have to have small batteries, so I'm sure it's not hard to mess up the battery life.
I’ve had similar issues. I did the “reset” that I found googling battery issues and it didn’t change anything for me. I’m probably going to get pro’s this Christmas and retire these to workout only.
I have a Pro because I am provided one via work. If I had to buy one with my $....Air all the way imo
Yeah. I picked up the Air today. Liking it. Feels like the right tablet for me. Thanks for the feedback, guys.
Always a risk. If they slash the price of the thing I just bought by a couple hundred bucks, I’ll be irked but I’m not going to be upset about not have the latest, fastest, greatest thing. My iPhone’s an XR.
Press and hold the tweet link. Should give you the option to open in app instead of web browser from there
How many people actually use these tile things anyways? I feel like the only practical purpose they have is for putting on your keys if you can’t be an adult and keep track of your keys, but I’d like to hear other use cases.
