Just started the Wedge which is basically the start of that. Was kinda hoping it was just going to be a happy story the whole way.
I just finished that part. The whole now you're tiny in the large world confused me for a bit on that one.
God bless you. I followed Ps5restock and turned on alerts as suggested - less than a minute after this morning's post that Target stocked, I ordered the disc version and picked up today. My kids won't see me for a month.
Never too young to learn that life isn't fair and game devs can't design a non-cheeseable sports game.
Worth noting that maddens presentation style might give any kids under 16 a seizure. So there’s that.
I absolutely love this game. I was worried once my son and I finished Astro's Play Room that he wouldn't find another game to love. Sackboy is so much fun. The world and music is great.
Really enjoying this with my daughter as well. Some of the levels are a little hard for her but I carry her through it.
I adore it and I really wanted to get through the final knitted knight trial but holy shit it is brutal.
Amazon is apparently having a large drop today. Going to attempt to snag a digital only console today. It’s my first time trying to buy one so hopefully I get lucky.
I finally got one yesterday. I'd been half trying to get one for a while. Anyone in this thread recommend me some ps4 games to check out?
Assuming you have PS Plus, anything in the PS Plus Collection will be excellent. Horizon Zero Dawn will be free soon with the Play at Home initiative, that is a great game if you like 3rd person action games. There are several other free games in that initiative that are good (Subnautica and Abzu I thought were excellent). https://blog.playstation.com/2021/0...update-10-free-games-to-download-this-spring/ Depends a lot on what kind of games you like but there really is something for everyone. And the PS Store is running sales like nonstop now so there's a ton of cheap games out there if you want to try the shotgun approach.
Awesome, thanks! Definitely prefer 3rd person games, I'm terrible at first person shooters for example
Good thing for you that is Sony's specialty. The Last of Us (Parts 1 & 2), Spiderman, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, Bloodborne, Days Gone, just to name a very few. You're in for a treat sir, first time having a PlayStation?
I had a ps3, mainly for metal gear solid and sports games. When they discontinued college football I kind of quit, I figured I'd Jump back in since it's coming back within the next few years
yep, now is a good time to be in, spend the next year or so playing everything you missed and then you'll be ready to go when the new stuff starts coming out. Try out Ratchet & Clank, the new game in the series drops in June so if you like it you'll be ready to go. Really anything you try in the PS Plus Collection should work for you. Metal Gear 5 isn't free, and its totally different from what you're used to, but its fun for an open world game inspired by Metal Gear. Forgot about Uncharted 4, that is excellent 3rd person action, and if you like it you can snag the Nathan Drake Collection to play the rest of the series. The free games on PS Plus will be good for you each month too, they have done a good job giving quality releases in there over the last several months.
PSVR2 controllers just unveiled https://blog.playstation.com/2021/03/18/next-gen-vr-on-ps5-the-new-controller/
Disco Elysium: The Final Cut (finally) has a release date, March 30. Easily my most anticipated game for 2021. Spoiler The creators have not been shy about their Marxist ideologies, either. Here they are thanking Marx and Engels (among others) at the 2019 Game Awards
Is it particularly replayable? Seems like I’d beat it once but then know too much about the murder case to pick it back up.
I honestly have no idea. I’ve been purposely avoiding spoilers until I play it. The vanilla version has been out on PC for a while, so maybe someone here has played it already?
I don't know if they started blocking that add to cart URL now. It works so well a month ago. Struck out a lot since then trying to get one for my cousin.

I'm gonna have spent two stimulus checks by the time a PS5 is available to purchase.* *That's a lie, I haven't spent any of it.
I'm having a lot of fun playing Persona 5. JRGs aren't my thing but this game is slick. I just hope I don't get burnt out on it - only about 85 more hours to go.
You won’t. I’m on my first run through right now. 106 hours in. It’s amazing. Some suggestions: 1. Don’t get to mementos too often. Stack up an assload of requests and knock them all out at once. 2. Get the fortune confidant to the point where you can do an affinity reading and boost a confidant relationship. It costs 5k but you go and ask for a fortune reading and choose affinity and pick who you want. It boosts their relationship and can help avoid the non upgrade confidant hangouts. It also does not cost you any time. 3. Temperance confidant can also save you a lot of time if you boost her.
Persona 5 Royal became my favorite game of all time. Everyone who buys a PS5 should play this game via the PS Collection.
