Monday on the athletic football show with Robert Mays he was talking about Slater and said he may have to kick inside and he wasn’t sure if he could stick at Tackle
You don't have to have position versatility when you are an elite tackle Plenty of meh tackles can go inside and be fine. Rarely works that way in reverse

Well there’s always one idiot out there. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else with this opinion though.
Atlanta people have mentioned that since Kaleb McGary is 6’7” and Sewell is 6’6” that McGary can kick out to tackle and Sewell can play guard.
Are people rly getting on Mac for getting a dui at 18?? Foh with that. You show me one person who didn’t drive after having a few too many drinks in the 16-21 range and I’ll show you a fucking liar
Sowell may very well play guard in his first year if Cincy takes him while Reiff plays one year at RT. Then Sewell would slide out in either direction in year two. But long term? No way.
Sure, but it depends on the circumstances. Lots of people drive over the limit, but most don't actually get DUIs because they're not hammered and driving all over the road. So getting a DUI probably means you were doing some exceptionally stupid shit. I don't know or care about how it affects Jones. Just think the "big deal we were all young once" thinking is kinda weird.
Both Sewell and Slater's arms are too short I would not pick them between 1 and 10. Any pick after 10 would be fine but definitely not 10 or before.
Seems like there’s data that runs counter to the narrative of Fields having a handful of red flags. Is he paying for stumbles of Haskins or what? It’s hard to imagine moving up for Mac if you think you’re a great QB coach and game planner. This bit of drama will be interesting to watch play out.
I feel like Fields May end up the kind of guy that will play better the further he falls like wilson or Jackson. A chip on his shoulder might make him more dangerous.
I don't know if there's more context to the McShay statement that Fields threw to his first ready 200 times and only 7 to the others but that may be the dumbest/most made up shit ever that somehow most people will believe.
Im certainly not a draft or QB guru by any means, but from what I saw Fields lacks pocket awareness a bit and it caused him to sit there and take some bad sacks with one of the best OL in CFB. Not sure if that is partly play design or what but he was waiting back there stuck on a read for a long time on some plays it seemed.
He does have a tendency to hold on to the ball too long sometimes. I think this last year that was exacerbated by the general inconsistency of the season we had to deal with in Covid.
I don't blame Fields for having phases where he held onto the ball too long. He also had phases where the offense was incredibly easy to score at will. When you go from that to defenses that put up a fight, you can get greedy always expecting to find the big play. Aaron Rodgers had that for several years at the tail end of the Mccarthy offense.
I’m surprised how prevalent and normalized drinking and driving is if this is considered a reasonable take.
It’s not his fault but I do wonder if there’s some question about the Ohio State systems transition to the league. Dwayne Haskins obviously didn’t help here but his issues seem to be different also.
Vera-Tucker got absolutely abused this season. No idea why he’s considered a first rounder. It’s like teams haven’t even watched his tape.
I actually think Mac would be an amazing fit for y’all. Obviously not going to happen, but he is made for Payton’s system.
Reiff gave up one sack last year. That’s more then serviceable. He’s certainly not a long term fix, but the top five 2nd round pick could be.
This is a very deep tackle class It's also a deep wideout class There should be good options at both positions at the top of the second. If it was any other front office you would say that the player they grade higher should be the pick. Since it is Cinci and a Dollar Store scouting department it's not that simple
