I’m turning the corner on Big O. Running the pick and roll with Lou he’s looked good and his defensive instincts are really really good. He’s exponentially better on D than Wiseman
I understand Hunter's me problem but what is going on with Collins' ankle? Is he expected to be out until the playoffs or something? I thought I would see some update by now.
It sucks they basically decided to throw this game tonight to give Capela some rest. When the hell are any of these injured guys going to be able to come back?
I mean it was basically Gregg Popovich levels of resting guys, I think we all expected a loss and I'm not shocked at the score.
Hats off to Memphis for absolutely dominating that third quarter, but the game was waived the second we sat Capella. He has just been so valuable this year and we really needed him against a physical team like Memphis. Although I doubt it would have mattered with how well Memphis shot the ball in the second half.
We also played 2 nights in a row and Our bigs were Tony Snell and 2 rookies.l(1 that wasn’t even drafted) We sat 3 starters in Capela, hunter, and Collins. Our biggest scoring threat off the bench in Gallo and Reddish is also out.
Just can’t believe we gutted that out. At this point can we just remove the “interim” off Nate’s title?
15-5 since Nate took over and 13 of those games on the road. Hunter playing only two games and Collins missing last six. I was looking at our schedule the rest of the way and I think we can finish with 40 to 42 wins. We close with Indiana, Washington (x2), Orlando and Houston.
Post all star break we had the 6th softest schedule and that included the 8 game west coast swing. I will buy drinks for posters ITT at State Farm in Round 1
Sign Solo to a two way contract with the Braves right now, couldn't be worse than most of the guys on the roster.
All Shlenk had to give up was a late 1 in a mediocre draft to get multiple years of Capela on a good contract
