Bff has been watching Top Chef. When they say "pack your knives and go" at the end I always think of Dexter
I saw the second to last season FIRST then went back and watched the whole series, only to be utterly disappointed in the final season (was caught up and watched it live). Damn it that still pisses me off.
Lost was horrible and it was so popular that there are still people who've twisted their brains into thinking the ending was actually ok.
you may or may not like some of the plot related rumors going around then Spoiler there are rumors that Deb is going to replace Harry as the voice in Dexter's head/conscience
They reportedly hate each other too. Which reminds me that the actress that played Cersei and actor that played Bronn in GOT refused to be in scenes together despite their relative overlap as characters because of how much they hated each other ha.
The actor who played Quinn made Deb look like Meryl Streep. Not to mention that he lost a billion pounds between seasons.
the whole cast (outside of two or three) was made up of a bunch of people who couldn't act. it's pretty incredible it worked as well as it did for a while
I don't even remember how the show ended other than the final scene being the lumberjacking bullshit.
Their new stuff isn’t nearly as good as their older stuff, but they are great live. Everyone is entitled to their own bad, shitty opinions, I guess.
Dexter is the reason I started getting into ‘good’ tv. Was my favorite show for the first 4 seasons. To the point, I thought Michael C. Hall should have been cast as a villain in some Batman because he is so good at playing that kind of characters. But as stated almost universally, seasons 5-end are just fucking horrible tv. I literally stopped watching through mid 5 because it was so bad. I watched the finale kind of as a nostalgic piece hoping it turned out ok. Seriously hope this turns it around so I can think on it like I used to.
It means I was just coming out of high-school and I had shitty taste, for the most part, in tv shows. I watched CBS comedies in other words.
