he came in at 230 lbs according to the spring roster and some say thats being generous

 

I don't think you'll have different results with any other wr coach. It's just a symptom of Jimbo's offense. You'll make up for it with qb and rb play and general recruiting, but don't expect anything special out of the wrs.
