Who are the hot rookies we're looking for? Haven't been paying attention due to lack of opportunities
Anyone ITT buy a lot of 2020 Topps Chrome, Finest, or Bowman? Attempting to complete some sets and was curious.
That's ok, we had the most beloved player plus the most feared pitcher the league had to offer in the last 30 years. We don't need championships.
I HAD a metric shit ton of chrome, but shipped a lot to commons4kids. still have some here though, let me know who you're looking for and i'll check.
My wife picked these up in Walmart today. Never heard of Sage but I haven't bought any modern stuff in forever.
Probably going to pull an auto of a guy you never heard of. It's what you usually get in those boxes. If you get anyone you've heard of you may want to sell it on draft night when they get drafted, that will be its peak value
If anyone ITT is homies with their LCS's managers, let me know what you can get F1 Topps Chrome boxes for. I'm wanting to try and get one for my birthday in a few weeks.
I opened to two of the Leaf Boxes. I pulled a Rashawn Slater auto out of one. Never heard of the others. Will put on eBay this week.
My autos from leaf and sage. I feel confident I won't need to watch the first part of the draft for most of these guys
Overpaid for a panini diamond kings baseball hobby box. Definitely not "worth it" if I try to resell the cards but damn if these aren't some beautiful designs
Looked up the price on Dave and Adams and I didn't realize they were that expensive. Hopefully you can find one for a more reasonable price.
Topps was selling them at $300(lol bots got them all). My LCS on Friday told me they were at like $625. Starting to see some around $500. Hoping they keep dipping because I'll spend $4-450
I have the chiefs and the bills in this break tonight if anyone feels like watching me burn money 1 - 2020-21 National Treasures Hobby Box 1- 2020-21 Prizm No Huddle Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Certified Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Plates & Patches Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Limited Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Donruss Optic Hybrid Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Obsidian Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Panini One Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Playbook Hobby Box 1 - 2020-21 Playoff Hobby Box 7:30 PM Central Time https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgiIclFiMKPZjfDUV5xhr5Q/videos
nice to end with the back to back chiefs but it was rough for the rest of the packs. Still lost out from what I paid and it may take a few months, but I'll get that mahomes NT signed
So the price of select blasters has come down substantially since release and because I'm a glutton for punishment I bought one. Don't think I could have done any better on the 3 die cut tricolors
An metric fuck ton I'm sure. Someone in the Blowout Cards message board said more optic retail will probably hit the shelves again soon. My target had the sign up about the new rules. I'll probably go by after work and see if anything is left.
Randomly watched the tail end of this last night just to see what the sea cow bros were up to with the collectible network. Mikey is the best man
Just bought a factory sealed 1993 Topps baseball card box. Noticed it was a “Series 2” box. Can someone tell me difference between series? Is series 1 better than series 2? Any insight would be great. Thanks!
Not sure of the difference but found this: 1993 Topps Baseball marked the first time since 1973 that the company's flagship set was split into two series. And at 825 cards, it's the line's largest set as well. 1993 Topps Series 1 Baseball has 396 cards. Series 2 has 429. https://www.cardboardconnection.com/1993-topps-baseball-cards
Not sure about in the 90s but the modern series 2 will account for some roster changes and rookies not in series 1.
Appreciate that. Just did some research and I don’t think the series 2 has the Jeter RC in it which sucks.
