Bad franchises with bad rosters on the other hand have proven that 1st round running backs are the key to turning things around right? edwards-helaire- drafted by the super bowl champs josh Jacobs-raiders got worse saqon Barkley- giants haven’t done shit Rashaad penny- LOL Sony Michel-What exactly has he done? But at least the Patriots were coming off a super bowl loss and felt he was the missing piece. Leonard fournette- LOL Christian Mccaffrey- He has been great but the panthers haven’t done shit and now they’re paying him massive money Ezekiel Elliott- he was good. It didn’t matter. Now they pay him a ton of money and his best is likely behind him History shows that you should never draft a RB 1st round but if you do, the player better be the last piece of the championship puzzle because you don’t want to give him a 2nd contract. The better pick would have been any defensive player or OL. That doesn’t even factor in the idea that he’s not even coming in to be the dominant back and that the jags have a rookie RB who did really good last year. Urban himself said he will be a gadget player.
He is as good as any player I've ever seen in college. I know him not having a ton of talent around him forced to do everything but he did everything really damn well. Reallly wanted him to fall to Steelers but hope he crushes it out there.
are #Philadelphia Eagles fans still thinking the trade back was bad? ended up with a top 3 WR and a future 1st. cost a 3rd or w/e they traded to Dallas.
I'm skeptical that an Ohio State quarterback could ever be successful in the NFL, but this Fields fellow is growing on me.
ETN on teaming up with Trev in Jacksonville. I don’t have to work on getting to know somebody else. I know Trev inside and out. It will be a great feeling.
Looks like jags are going Tyson Campbell to start things off tonight. don’t love it, but everywhere on the defense needs help. would prefer Jenkins or JOK, but I’m not calling the shots.
If the Jets can get back into the third by moving back a few spots in the second I’ll be all over that
