Some of us have been here for more than a decade. Which is crazy to say out loud in all honesty. I have something around 25K posts on this website, I don't have the time or ability to audit everything I've said over the years. I doubt anyone else does either. You can find all types of awful shit some of us said when we were younger using the search engine on this site. And yes people have had their old posts pulled up and used against them MANY a times.
If you go back and read those posts you'll quickly find out that "fear change" thing is a lie. Everyone and I mean everyone has changed quite a bit. It's actually pretty fascinating how much this place has change since it's inception.
In our defense the first time we changed we had double scroll bars for a month and the next time we changed was because the servers crashed and we lost like 6 months of posts. it’s not that we don’t change, we just fear it.
Oh a different not, while I was desperately scrolling for a teary eyed emoji, I found something far more powerful at conveying emotion.
The other day I told my boyfriend I was posting here occasionally, and he was more confused than when I told him I was gonna post a piss video on Reddit.
